Who we are

This store (brand: VTC) is operated by Vision Technology (the data controller). You can reach us via the WhatsApp contact link in the site footer or through the website.

What we collect and why

When you submit a product inquiry form we collect: your name, phone number (a second number, address, city and notes are optional), the product and page context of your inquiry, your language, and limited technical marketing signals (UTM parameters, the referring site's host, and the landing page path). We do not collect your IP address or device identifiers with the inquiry, and we use no analytics cookies on the form.

We process this data for two purposes only: (1) to respond to your inquiry and contact you about it — processing you request by submitting the form, evidenced by the explicit consent checkbox; and (2) to keep an internal record of the inquiry in our customer-relationship system. We do not use inquiry data for promotional or marketing messages; any future marketing would require your separate consent.

Storage and sharing

Your data is stored in our internal customer-relationship system on our hosting infrastructure (our hosting provider processes it on our behalf as part of operating the service). We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Retention

We keep inquiry data for 12 months from the last substantive interaction relating to your inquiry. After that, the personal identifying fields are anonymized or deleted, and expired inquiry data is never reused for marketing. When personal data is deleted, it also leaves our operational backups within 30 days.

Your rights

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us through the channels above; we process eligible verified requests within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Changes

Material changes to this notice are published on this page with a new version and effective date.
